About Me:
C.J. Zingle was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. She pursued
a degree in Chemistry from Mount St. Mary’s University in Maryland, where she
was granted a Softball Scholarship to play Division 1 Softball and Soccer. Upon
graduating with a Chemistry undergraduate degree in 2011, she was asked to be
the Assistant Coach for the Women’s Softball program and helped coach The Mount
for 3 seasons while pursuing her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.)
degree.
After completing her
Master’s degree, she pursued a diversified Scientific career in the
Pharmaceutical industry from 2015-2020. A highly distinguished Pharmaceutical
and CRO professional in Large Molecule Pharmaceutical R&D and
manufacturing, with experience supporting biologics drug discovery, sample
analysis, clinical and non-clinical method development, assay validation work,
method transfer outsourcing projects, Quality Control analytical testing for
raw materials for drug formulation and analytical testing for extended release
(XR) and immediate release (IR) finished products, across all therapeutic areas
spanning non-clinical studies to post-market clinical development in R&D
and also experience in pharmaceutical drug formulation and manufacturing of finished
products.
She has a comprehensive
background in Biologics, including knowledge and experience in Anti-Drug
Antibodies (ADA), Pharmacokinetics (PK) and Anti-Drug Neutralizing
Antibodies(Nab); cell-based and non-cell-based assay platforms, including
bi-specific antibody drugs. She has acquired a highly diversified array of
experience in pharmaceutical testing and has also developed a diversified
skillset as a scientist, gaining valuable laboratory experience in both the GLP
and GMP laboratory settings, while also participating and contributing during
two FDA inspections, where she successfully completed all necessary
requirements and experiments for her department during both inspections.
In October 2020, she
quit her pharmaceutical career to switch over to Naturopathic Healing.
